Common use of Mailed Notice Clause in Contracts

Mailed Notice. Employees of the unit desiring to be personally notified of any vacancies occurring within the unit must provide the personnel office with a stamped, self-addressed envelope. If such an envelope is on file when a vacancy is posted, the School District will forward the vacancy notice to the employee.
