  • Record Keeping and Other Information FIIOC and FSC shall create and maintain all records required by all applicable laws, rules and regulations relating to the services to be performed herein, including but not limited to, all applicable records required by Section 31(a) of the 1940 Act and the rules thereunder, as the same may be amended from time to time.
