Mainstreams. a. When a driver does a mainstream that is not part of their regular route the charge will be: from the scheduled pick up time for the first student to the ending time at the base, or, from the scheduled starting time at the base to the scheduled ending time at the base, or, from the scheduled starting time at the base to the drop off time of the last student.
