Use of Building. With prior notice to the principal/director, Association members of that school may hold meetings in their school building before or after regular duty hours or after the student contact day. Assigned duties take priority over such meetings.
Use of Building. 5.1 Right to Self-Organization: Employees shall have the right to self-organization for mutual protection, to form, join or assist the Association or to refrain from such activity, to bargain collectively through representatives of their own choosing.
5.1-1 The rights granted to the Association in this agreement shall be granted to the Association exclusively as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent and shall not be granted to any other employee organization seeking to represent employees in the bargaining unit except through the procedure as provided by law.
5.1-2 The Board agrees to grant leave to the president of the Association during his/her term of office.
Use of Building. The Association and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at reasonable hours for meetings upon approval by the building principal of the Xxxxxx County Special Services School District and as permitted by the lease agreement between the Board and owner of the school building. The principal of the building in question shall be notified in advance of the time and place of all such meetings.
Use of Building. The Union and its representatives may have the right to use the MISD buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings provided that when special custodial service is required, the Board may make a reasonable charge therefore. No charge shall be made for use of rooms one (1) hour before the commencement of the business day
Use of Building. The Association will have the right to use school buildings including its office without cost at reasonable time of any day or evening for its meeting and other business, provided that such use shall not conflict with previously scheduled school events.
Use of Building. The BEA is welcome to use the school facilities for their meeting prior to 8:15 a.m. or after 3:45 p.m.
Use of Building. Using school facilities for reason other than work related shall follow the district facility use policy.
Use of Building. It is understood that the general pattern of building use followed during the last rectorship shall be maintained, unless there is specific action of the Vestry to the contrary. The Interim Xxxxxx may xxxxx use of the buildings to individuals or groups from outside the Parish only in accordance with guidelines approved by the Vestry.
Use of Building. The Association may use the District buildings for the purpose of having meetings and transacting Association business in accordance with established Board policy provided that such meetings and business shall not interfere with District educational programs. The Association shall reimburse the District for any extra costs resulting from such Association use of a District building. All such meetings shall be held outside the regular teacher workday.
Use of Building. WCESP shall have the right to use school buildings for any lawful, non-commercial, non-political purpose without cost, except for necessary expenses incurred as a result of the activity. Such use shall be by prior arrangement with the appropriate school officials with no interference to school operation.
