Common use of - Maintain and/or Accumulate Seniority Clause in Contracts

An employee shall maintain and/or accumulate seniority under the following conditions: (a) During a layoff an employee shall maintain and accumulate seniority for a period not to exceed twenty four (24) months. It is the employee's responsibility to keep the Company informed of any change in their address or phone number.
