Maintain and Renew Insurances Sample Clauses

Maintain and Renew Insurances works with Purchaser to renew all Insurance Contracts for the Group Companies which expire on April 1, 2010 to ensure that there is no lapse in insurance coverage on or following that date and that all such Insurance Contracts are renewed from that date on terms reasonably acceptable to the Purchaser; and further to keep in force full and effective all such Insurance Contracts, and ensures that no person does or allows to be done any act or omission that might render any such Insurance Contracts void or voidable and, if the Purchaser so requests in writing, effect such additional insurance as may be reasonably required by the Purchaser, at the Purchaser’s cost;

  • Other Insurances Contractor may be required to carry additional insurance based upon the nature of the work to be performed (scope of services). For each additional required insurance, a corresponding certificate of insurance must be provided. Claims-made policies must have a retroactive date either prior to the effective date of the Contract or the beginning of the Contract work. Claims-made coverage must extend a minimum of twelve (12) months beyond completion of Contract work or end of current Contract, whichever is later. If coverage is cancelled or non-renewed, and not replaced with another claims made policy with a retroactive date prior to the Contract effective date, the Contractor must purchase extended reporting coverage for a minimum of twelve (12) months beyond completion of Contract work. Contractor shall maintain a policy limit of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) per incident, with a deductible or self-insured retention not to exceed *$2,500 unless approved by the County.

  • Coverages This insurance applies to the Described Location, Coverages for which a Limit of Liability is shown and Perils Insured Against for which a Premium is stated. We cover:

  • Maintain Properties Maintain all properties necessary to its operations in good working order and condition, make all needed repairs, replacements and renewals to such properties, and maintain free from Liens all trademarks, trade names, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, know-how, and other intellectual property and proprietary information (or adequate licenses thereto), in each case as are reasonably necessary to conduct its business as currently conducted or as contemplated hereby, all in accordance with customary and prudent business practices.

  • BONDS AND INSURANCE 10.1 The Contractor shall provide performance and payment bonds on forms prescribed by Owner and in accordance with the requirements set forth in the UTUGCs. The penal sum of the payment and performance bonds shall be equal to the Contract Sum. 10.2 The Contractor shall not commence work under the Agreement until it has obtained all insurance coverage as required by the UTUGCs and until evidence of the required insurance has been reviewed and approved by the Owner. Owner’s review of the insurance shall not relieve nor decrease the liability of the Contractor. 10.3 In the event that the Owner does implement an Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) for this Project, the Contractor shall refer to the OCIP specification for a complete listing of coverages provided by the OCIP. Any coverages required by the UTUGCs that is not provided through the OCIP shall be provided by the Contractor.

  • Comprehensive General Liability Insurance The Lessee shall procure and maintain a valid Comprehensive General Liability Insurance indemnifying the Lessor with minimum coverage of $ for personal injury and $ for damage to property.

  • Other Insurance If requested by the Director, Contractor shall furnish adequate evidence of Social Security and Unemployment Compensation Insurance, to the extent applicable to Contractor’s operations under this Agreement.

  • Bonding and Insurance All expenses of bond, liability, and other insurance coverage required by law or regulation or deemed advisable by the Trustees of the Trust, including, without limitation, such bond, liability and other insurance expenses that may from time to time be allocated to the Fund in a manner approved by its Trustees.

  • Errors and Omissions Insurance Errors and Omissions Insurance to be maintained by the Servicer in accordance with Section 3.13.

  • Fire and Casualty Insurance Developer shall obtain and keep in full force adequate fire and casualty insurance with coverage in an amount equal to the assessed value of such improvements. In the event of loss the Developer shall use the proceeds of such insurance to promptly reconstruct the damaged or lost improvements.

  • Insurance The Company and the Subsidiaries are insured by insurers of recognized financial responsibility against such losses and risks and in such amounts as are prudent and customary in the businesses in which the Company and the Subsidiaries are engaged, including, but not limited to, directors and officers insurance coverage. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has any reason to believe that it will not be able to renew its existing insurance coverage as and when such coverage expires or to obtain similar coverage from similar insurers as may be necessary to continue its business without a significant increase in cost.
