Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.
Sanitary Sewer Provide a standard bubble map, as part of the plans, showing locations of numbered points, and a table with point number, northing and easting coordinates, description, and BL station for each point, for the following: ▪ all possible control as established or attained during preliminary survey, including but not limited to – section corners, property irons, intersection center-center irons, other set monuments ▪ benchmarks, including TBM set with preliminary survey ▪ center of manholes ▪ end of manhole stubs (when longer than five feet)
AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.
Electrical appliance safety The Hirer shall ensure that any electrical appliances brought by them to the premises and used there shall be safe, in good working order, and used in a safe manner in accordance with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. Where a residual circuit breaker is provided the hirer must make use of it in the interests of public safety.
Emergency and urgently needed care outside the service area Professional services of a physician, emergency room treatment, and inpatient hospital services are covered at eighty percent (80%) of the first two thousand dollars ($2,000) of the charges incurred per insurance year, and one-hundred percent (100%) thereafter. The maximum eligible out-of-pocket expense per individual per year for this benefit is four hundred dollars ($400). This benefit is not available when the member’s condition permits him or her to receive care within the network of the plan in which the individual is enrolled.
Committee on Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures 1. The Parties hereby establish a Committee on Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures (“Committee”), comprising representatives of each Party, who are responsible for sanitary and phytosanitary issues in the fields of animal and plant health, food safety and trade.
Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures 1. The rights and obligations of the Parties in respect of sanitary and phytosanitary measures shall be governed by the WTO Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures.
Emergency Medical Services The City’s Fire Department and MedStar (or other entity engaged by the City after the Effective Date) will provide emergency medical services.
Streets and Municipal Services 4.1 Off-Site Disturbance Any disturbance to existing off-site infrastructure resulting from the development, including but not limited to, streets, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, street trees, landscaped areas and utilities, shall be the responsibility of the Developer, and shall be reinstated, removed, replaced or relocated by the Developer as directed by the Development Officer, in consultation with the Development Engineer.
