Sanitary Sewer. Provide a standard bubble map, as part of the plans, showing locations of numbered points, and a table with point number, northing and easting coordinates, description, and BL station for each point, for the following: ▪ all possible control as established or attained during preliminary survey, including but not limited to – section corners, property irons, intersection center-center irons, other set monuments ▪ benchmarks, including TBM set with preliminary survey ▪ center of manholes ▪ end of manhole stubs (when longer than five feet)
Sanitary Sewer. The Developer hereby agrees:
1. To construct, furnish, install, and provide a complete sewerage system throughout the entire Subdivision all in accordance with the plans and specifications, on file in the City Clerk’s office and all applicable Federal, State and City of Xxxxxx ordinances, specifications, regulations and guidelines for the construction of sewerage systems in the City of Xxxxxx and as reasonably approved by the City Engineer.
2. To clean all sanitary sewers prior to acceptance of the improvements and issuance of building permits by the City of Xxxxxx.
3. To furnish as-built plans of the entire system including locations of laterals at the main and ten (10) feet beyond the lot lines, pursuant to specifications of the City of Xxxxxx.
4. To deflection test and low pressure air test the entire sanitary sewer collection system, repair any defects as determined by the City Engineer, prior to issuance of building permits and acceptance of the improvements by the City.
5. To televise the sanitary sewer system; repair any defects as determined by the City Engineer and supply a digital copy of the video to the City of Xxxxxx prior to issuance of building permits and acceptance of the improvements by the City of Xxxxxx.
6. That no building permits shall be issued until the sanitary sewer system has been completed and dedicated to and accepted by the City of Xxxxxx.
Sanitary Sewer. Before the Payment Date, the Developer shall pay to the City the Sanitary Sewer Assessment Levy per hectare of the Development Area as set out in Schedule 2.
Sanitary Sewer. The Developer agrees to connect to the existing sanitary sewer system at a point to be determined by the Town Engineer and utilizing methods of connection approved by the Town Engineer.
Sanitary Sewer. (a) If a larger service is required it can be provided at the owner’s cost.
Sanitary Sewer. (a) This property is currently serviced by the municipal sanitary sewer system. The existing 100mm-diameter service will be adequate for the proposed development and may be retained. An inspection chamber (IC) must be installed on the service at the owner’s cost as required by the sewer-use bylaw.
Sanitary Sewer. Design and construct sanitary sewer main lines within the project roadways and easements where necessary, to serve each lot within the project development. Plans will include main line connections to existing trunk sewers. (See attached Sewer System.)
Sanitary Sewer. Sanitary sewer service shall be installed to service the new Lot 2 by City forces, to current bylaw standards. The Owner will be responsible for all related costs of installation of the new service.
Sanitary Sewer. The existing house is provided with a single 100mm-diameter sanitary sewer service that shall be used to service the main residence and the proposed suite. An inspection chamber is in place. The Owner shall arrange for individual lot connections before submission of the subdivision plan, including payment of connection fees, and shall provide a copy of the receipt. A sanitary service for the proposed additional lot shall be provided by the Owner from a 200mm diameter PVC sewer main on Park Avenue.
Sanitary Sewer. (a) There is an existing 100mm-diameter sanitary sewer service to the proposed facility that may be retained. If a larger service is required it can be provided at the applicant’s cost.
