Maintenance and Enhancements. RIB warrants that it will perform the Maintenance and Enhancements in a workmanlike manner using duly qualified and experienced personnel. Customer’s sole remedy and RIB’s sole liability and obligation for breach of the foregoing warranty will be for RIB, at its election, either to re-perform the Maintenance and Enhancements or to refund any fees paid to RIB with respect thereto.
