Maintenance and Repair of Public Works. The Owner covenants and agrees to maintain all the Works and services as provided for in this Agreement free from defects and to repair and rectify any defect which may occur when required by the Director. Satisfactory completion of the maintenance period shall be in accordance with the provisions of the future Subdivision Agreement.
