Maintenance and Repair of the Work. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Lease, the Shareholder shall be responsible for the maintenance, repair and replacement of the Work and any portions of the Apartment affected by the Work, and for all costs incurred by the Corporation or the Shareholder in connection therewith. Furthermore, the Shareholder releases the Corporation, the Managing Agent, and the Corporation's agents and employees from any liability for damage to the Work or any portion of the Apartment affected by the Work however arising.
