Maintenance and Repairs Performed by the City. If the City is required to perform any emergency and other routine maintenance and repairs to the Premises as provided in Section 11.03, the cost of all labor and materials required to complete the work will be paid by Concessionaire to the City within ten (10) days following written demand from the Director for said reimbursement payment at the City’s standard rates then in effect plus any overhead which may be reasonably determined by the Director. Such charges shall be evidenced by an invoice from the City and shall be promptly paid to the City, with payment directly at the office of the Aviation Director at the Airport at such intervals as shall be demanded by the City from time to time.
