Maintenance and Usage. Each year, bargaining unit members not participating in the bank will be asked to join as will people new to the district. Whenever the bank falls below fifty (50) days, each enrolled bargaining unit member will donate one (1) day. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of all sick leave bank privileges. These donations will not affect attendance bonuses. Any participant wishing to borrow from the bank will be required to complete an application (Appendix F).
