Maintenance and Workmanship. (A) Grantee's Cable System shall be constructed and maintained in such manner as not to interfere with sewers, water pipes, or any other property of Grantor, or with any other pipes, wires, conduits, pedestals, structures, equipment or other facilities that may have been laid in the Streets by, or under, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s authority.
(B) Grantee shall provide and use any equipment necessary to control and carry Grantee's cable television signals so as to prevent injury to Grantor's property or property belonging to any Person. Grantee, at its own expense, shall repair, change and improve its facilities to keep them in good repair, and safe and presentable condition.

(A) Grantee’s Cable System shall be constructed and maintained in such manner as not to interfere with sewers, water pipes, or any other property of the City, or with any other pipes, wires, conduits, structures or other facilities that may have been laid in the Streets by or under the City’s authority.
(B) Grantee shall provide and use any equipment and appliances necessary to control and carry Grantee’s Signals so as to prevent injury to the City’s property or property belonging to any Person within the City. Grantee, at its own expense, shall repair, renew, change and improve its Facilities from time to time as may be necessary to accomplish this purpose.
(C) Grantee shall not construct its Cable System in any manner that requires any Subscriber to install any cable, wire, conduits or other facilities, under or over a Street.

(B) Rural System Operator shall also carry out its operations in the manner so as to prevent injury to any person within the Distribution Licensee. All safety practices required by law shall be used during the operations of the Rural System Operator.

(D) Grantee may perform routine maintenance of the cable system on non-arterial streets under a blanket permit issued as allowed in conformance with the Fircrest Municipal Code.

Grantee's Cable System shall be constructed and maintained in such manner as not to interfere with sewers, water pipes, or any other property of the City, or with any other pipes, wires, conduits, pedestals, structures, or other facilities that may have been laid in the RightRights-of-Way, by, or under, the City'sCity’s authority.
(B) The Grantee shall provide and The Grantee's Cable System shall be located, erected and maintained so as not to endanger or interfere with the lives of Persons, or to interfere with new improvements the City may deem proper to make or to unnecessarily hinder or obstruct the free use anyof the Rights-of-Way or other public property, and shall not interfere with the travel and use of public places by the public during the construction, repair, operation or removal thereof, and shall not obstruct or impede traffic. In the event of such interference, the City may require the removal or relocation of Grantee’s lines, cables, equipment and appliances other appurtenances from the property in question at Grantee’s expense.
