Common use of Maintenance and Workmanship Clause in Contracts

Maintenance and Workmanship. Grantee's work shall be constructed and maintained in such manner as not to interfere with sewers, water pipes, or any other property of Grantor, or with any other pipes, wires, conduits, pedestals, structures, equipment or other facilities that may have been laid in the Streets by, or under, Grantor's authority.

(A) Grantee's work System shall be constructed and maintained in such manner as not to interfere with sewers, water pipes, pipes or any other property of Grantor, or with any other pipes, wires, conduits, pedestals, structures, equipment structures or other facilities that may have been laid in the Streets Rights-of-Way by, or under, Grantor's authority.
