Maintenance Department Overtime Guidelines. General: a) All overtime worked or declined will be recorded in “paid hours”. Recording shall be done on a calendar basis. Note that with the “availability” list the declining issue will be virtually eliminated. b) Saturday and Sunday will be considered as one planning period. Similarly for long weekends.
