Maintenance Levels Sample Clauses
The Maintenance Levels clause defines the specific standards or tiers of maintenance services that a provider must deliver under an agreement. It typically outlines different levels of support, such as basic, standard, or premium, each with varying response times, coverage hours, and types of services included. For example, a higher maintenance level might guarantee 24/7 support and faster issue resolution, while a lower level may offer only business hours assistance. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the expected maintenance obligations, helping to prevent disputes and align service expectations.
Maintenance Levels. A. Attainment of the varying levels is based on the standards contained in Appendix B when the supervisor and the department head verify in writing that the requirements in Appendix B have been met and HR has verified eligibility including, if appropriate, the credentials.
B. Employees at the higher levels are expected to continue to perform in a satisfactory manner all proficiency areas in the lower levels.
C. The College and the Union may agree to create levels and standards for other classifications.
Maintenance Levels. Acceptable maintenance levels are defined by the criticality of the equipment. The following is a generic description of each level.
Tables 3.1 through 3.7 describe each major System component category, define the performance measure, and identify the three maintenance levels.
Maintenance Levels. 1. The A-VDGS system shall be maintained at several levels utilizing the on-site IAA's technical team. The IAA's technical team shall be trained and certified to perform the basic and some advanced maintenance levels and the Supplier shall complete and support all maintenance levels according to its maintenance doctrine and without degrading its full responsibility for the A-VDGS system availability. (P)

3. The activities shall be divided into various levels of maintenance according to the Supplier's best practice. (Q)
4. IAAs' on-site responsibilities shall be focused on Maintenance Levels 1 & 2. This may include basic fault handling, preventive and corrective maintenance activities and so on. The Bidder shall describe the IAA technical team tasks and responsibilities as part of its response to this requirement. (Q)
5. The Bidder shall also describe in details its maintenance responsibilities for higher maintenance levels such as remote monitoring, bug fixes, SW upgrades, Data Base alignments etc.

They may be able to handle system level failures and administrative activities (backup, users etc.) The Bidder shall describe what high level of maintenance activities can be handled by qualified experts from IAA. (Q)
7. Without derogating from the Supplier's and/or IAA's maintenance responsibilities, in the event of a continued critical failure, the Supplier may be required to send experts to TLV in order to restore the system to fully functional and redundant state. See 8.4.4. (P)
