Level B. 4.2.1 A Level B academic will undertake independent teaching and research in his or her discipline or related area. In research and/or scholarship and/or teaching a Level B academic will make an independent contribution through professional practice and expertise and co-ordinate and/or lead the activities of other staff, as appropriate to the discipline.
Level B. 5.2.1 A Level B research academic will normally have experience in research or scholarly activities, which have resulted in publications in, refereed journals or other demonstrated scholarly activities.
Level B. Within fifteen (15) calendar days of a grievance being referred to this level, the Superintendent or his/her designee will meet with the participants of Level A and examine the facts of the grievance. The Superintendent or his/her designee shall give his/her answer within fifteen (15) calendar days of any such meeting. If the grievance is not settled at this level, then within fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of the answer rendered at this level the grievance may be referred to Level C as set forth herein.
Level B. Within ten (10) school days of a grievance being referred to this level, the superintendent and/or his/her designee will meet with the participants of Level A and examine the facts of the grievance. The superintendent and/or his/her designee shall give his/her answer in writing within the five (5) school days of any such meeting. If the grievance is not settled at this level, the grievance may be referred to Level C within five (5) school days of the meeting.
Level B. A Level B research academic will normally have experience in research of scholarly activities, which have resulted in publications in refereed journals or other demonstrated scholarly activities. A Level B research academic will carry out independent and/or team research. A level B research academic may supervise postgraduate research students or projects and be involved in research training.
Level B. This is the mid-range level of maintenance that may be desirable based on cost and the criticality of the asset to which it applies.
Level B. THE FIRST SENTENCE IS CHANGED TO: Demonstrate that each device is fully operational from the designated control center to the work site with the original equipment manufacturer’s software.

Level B. The report on the economic and fiscal impact on the County of the Santolina TIDDs located only within the Santolina Level B.I Village Master Planned area (the “Level B.I Report”) concludes that the County will receive significant net positive fiscal and economic impacts as a result of the development of the Level B.I Project with TIDDs in place. Therefore, the Level B.I Project fully satisfies the “no net expense” policy.
Level B. The Level B analysis for subsequent development phases 4 of the Project must also satisfy the “no net expense” policy. If the development of a phase results 5 in a revenue shortfall, then such shortfall will be mitigated. If the development of a phase results 6 in excess revenue, then such excess revenue will be carried forward and used when applying the 7 no net expense test to future phases.
