Maintenance Management Plan. 5.5.1 On or before 60 days after the date of issuance of Maintenance NTP1, Maintenance Contractor shall prepare and submit, for TxDOT’s review and approval, a Maintenance Management Plan. The Maintenance Management Plan shall meet the requirements set forth in Section 1903 of Exhibit 2, and comply with the Capital Maintenance Agreement Documents, applicable Government Approvals, and applicable Law. Following the delivery of the initial Maintenance Management Plan, Maintenance Contractor shall submit to TxDOT, for TxDOT’s review and approval, a Maintenance Management Plan update meeting the requirements of Section 1903 of Exhibit 2 by each anniversary of the Initial Maintenance Term Commencement Date.
