Common use of Maintenance Management Plan Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Management Plan. Contractor shall submit the Maintenance Management Plan (MMP) to TxDOT for review and approval in its discretion no later than 60 days after issuance of Maintenance NTP1. DB Contractor may not commence Maintenance Services until TxDOT has approved the applicable MMP.
