Common use of Maintenance of Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Confidentiality. The receiving Party shall take at least those measures to protect the confidentiality of the Confidential Information of the disclosing Party, and to prevent unauthorized use of such Confidential Information, as the receiving Party uses to protect its own confidential information of a similar nature, but not less than reasonable care.

Maintenance of Confidentiality. Without limiting the foregoing, the Receiving Party shall take at least those measures to protect the confidentiality of the Confidential Information of the disclosing Party, and to prevent unauthorized use of such Confidential Information, as the receiving Party uses that it takes to protect its own most highly confidential information of a similar nature, but not less than reasonable careinformation.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Receiving Party shall take at least those measures to protect the confidentiality of the Confidential Information of the disclosing Party, and to prevent unauthorized use of such Confidential Information, as the receiving Party uses that it takes to protect its own most highly confidential information information. The Receiving Party shall reproduce any proprietary rights notices on any approved copies of a similar nature, but not less than reasonable careConfidential Information in the same manner in which such notices were set forth in or on the original.

The receiving Party Recipient agrees to take reasonable measures to protect the secrets, and avoid disclusre and unauthorized use, of any of the Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information disclosed hereunder. Wihtout limiting the foregoing, each party shall take at least those measures that is/they take to protect the confidentiality of the Confidential Information of the disclosing Party, and to prevent unauthorized use of such Confidential Information, as the receiving Party uses to protect its its/their own most highly confidential information of a similar nature, but not less than reasonable careinformation.
