Other Use Restrictions. The grants set forth in this License do not permit you to, and you agree not to, install, use or run the Apple Software on any non-Apple-branded computer, or to enable others to do so. Except as otherwise permitted by the terms of this License or otherwise licensed by Apple: (i) only one user may use the Apple Software at a time, and (ii) you may not make the Apple Software available over a network where it could be run or used by multiple computers at the same time. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the Apple Software.
Other Use Restrictions. Licensee shall not use the Licensed Marks in any manner that would reflect adversely on the image of quality symbolized by the Licensed Marks.

Other Use Restrictions. End User (and all users under its account) shall use the Product and Web Site solely in the manner described in the User Documentation, as the User Documentation is updated from time to time.
(a) End User shall not (and shall not allow any third party to) copy, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, disassemble or decompile the Product, Web Site, or any part thereof, or otherwise attempt to discover or obtain any source code or other code in human perceivable form.
(b) End User shall comply with all applicable local, state, federal, national, international and foreign laws, treaties, regulations, conventions, and standards of each applicable jurisdiction and community in connection with the use of the Product and Web Site, including those related to privacy, electronic communications and anti-spam legislation. Neither the Product nor Web Site shall be accessed or used in a manner that is, or that aids or assists any purpose or activity that is, illegal; invades or infringes the privacy or other rights or expectations of any person; that may be considered offensive, abusive, inappropriate, threatening, harassing, libelous, slanderous, defamatory, intrusive, surreptitious, obscene or inconsistent with community standards; or that may otherwise damage NetSuite KK or its service providers’ business, services, reputation, or good will. NetSuite has the right to delete any Customer Data that violates this Section 3(b).
(c) End User shall access and use the Product and Web Site only through the graphical user interfaces that are expressly provided on the Web Site and described in the User Documentation.
(d) End User shall not upload, store, post, reproduce, submit, distribute or - transmit any information, software or other material or subject matter that is protected by copyright, trade secrets, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right (including rights of publicity and privacy) without first obtaining the authorization of the owner of such rights, including any rights , necessary for Reseller and its service providers to provide, and End User to use, the Products and Web Site with respect to such subject matter.
(e) End User shall not indicate or imply that any communications or transmissions using the Products or Web Site are endorsed by NetSuite or its service providers.
Other Use Restrictions. Customer may not use the Software for any purpose other than for use on Customer’s own internal computer networks, as set forth in this SLA. Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in its use of the Software. Customer may not, and may not permit is employees or any third party to, (i) modify, translate, or create derivative works based on or derived from the Software; (ii) remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols, or labels appearing on or in the Software; (iii) perform, or release the results of, benchmark tests or other comparisons of the Software with other software, media, or materials;
Other Use Restrictions. Other use restrictions may be placed on the Property so long as they do not conflict or contravene this Land Restriction agreement and its terms.
Other Use Restrictions. To the extent that the Apple Software may be used to reproduce materials, such use is limited to reproduction of non-copyrighted materials, materials in which you own the copyright, or materials you are authorized or legally permitted to reproduce. You may not make the Apple Software available over a network where it could be used by multiple computers at the same time. You may make one copy of the Apple Software in machine-readable form for backup purposes only; provided that the backup copy must include all copyright or other proprietary notices contained on the original. In addition to the restrictions stated above, the Apple proprietary libraries (“Apple DLLs”) included with the Apple Software are only licensed for use with the Apple Software, except that if you are a WebKit developer, you may use the Apple DLLs for your personal use or internal business use in connection with your development of WebKit in accordance with the relevant WebKit licenses <xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxx/>.
Other Use Restrictions. Except as otherwise provided in this License, (i) this License does not grant you any rights to use such Digital Materials, nor does it obligate Apple to make any such Digital Materials available to you continually or for any specific term, and (ii) you may not use the Digital Materials outside the context of their intended use as part of the Apple Software. You agree not to use the Apple Software, including any Digital Materials, for any unlawful or illegal activity or to create User Content or assets that are offensive or inappropriate. You further agree not to interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on servers or networks connected to the Apple Device or Apple Software or violate the regulations, policies or procedures of such networks.
Other Use Restrictions. The grants set forth in this License do not permit you to, and you agree not to, install, use or run the Apple Design Resources for the purpose of creating mock-ups of user interfaces to be used in software products running on any non-Apple operating system software. You may not embed the Apple Design Resources in any software programs or other products. Except as expressly provided for herein, you may not use the Apple Design Resources to create, develop, display or otherwise distribute any documentation, artwork, website content or any other work product. Except as otherwise expressly permitted by the terms of this License or as otherwise licensed by Apple, you may not make the Apple Design Resources available over a network where they could be run or used by multiple computers at the same time. You may not rent, lease, lend, trade, transfer, sell, sublicense or otherwise redistribute the Apple Design Resources in any unauthorized way, or enable others to do so.
Other Use Restrictions. School shall not, and shall not permit any Authorized Student to, use the Service for any purposes beyond the scope of this Agreement. School shall not at any time, directly or indirectly, and shall not permit any Authorized Student to: (i) copy, modify or create derivative works of the Service, in whole or in part; (ii) rent, lease, lend, sell, license, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer or otherwise make available the Service; (iii) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, adapt or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to any software component of the Service, in whole or in part; (iv) remove any proprietary notices from the Service; or (v) use the Service in any manner or for any purpose that infringes, misappropriates or otherwise violates any intellectual property right or other right of any person, or that violates any applicable law. Yup reserves the right to limit access of any student who utilizes the Service beyond a reasonable amount of usage.
