Maintenance of Contracts or Licences. This insurance does not apply to any actual or alleged Financial Injury arising out of, any actual, alleged or threatened failure to effect, maintain, procure or secure; or cancellation, lapse, modification, nonrenewal, revocation, suspension or other impairment of, in whole or in part at any time, any bond, insurance, lease, license, order, permit or other contract or agreement that any Insured is obligated to maintain, procure or secure in connection with Insured’s Product or Insured’s Service.
