MAINTENANCE AND PERMITS. The customer shall obtain any governmental authorizations and permits required for the construction and operation of the Net-Metering Facility and interconnection facilities. The Customer shall maintain the Net-Metering Facility and interconnection facilities in a safe and reliable manner and in conformance with all applicable laws and regulations.
MAINTENANCE AND PERMITS. 5.1 CG shall:
(a) Maintain the Facility in a safe and prudent manner and in conformance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, Section 4, and
(b) Obtain any governmental authorizations and permits required for the construction and operation of the Facility. CG shall reimburse BVES for any and all losses, damages, claims, penalties, or liability it incurs as a result of CG’s failure to obtain or maintain any governmental authorizations and permits required for construction and operation of CG’s Facility.
5.2 BVES shall have the right to review and obtain copies of CG’s operations and maintenance records, logs, or other information, pertaining to CG’s Facility or its interconnection with BVES’ distribution system.
MAINTENANCE AND PERMITS. Customer shall: (a) maintain the Facility and interconnection facilities in a safe and prudent manner and in conformance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, requirements of Section 6 above, and (b) to the extent that future requirements may require, obtain any governmental authorizations or permits required for the operation of the Facility. Customer shall reimburse the District for any and all losses, damages, claims, penalties, or liability the District incurs as a result of Customer’s failure to obtain or maintain any governmental authorizations and permits required for construction and operation of the Customer’s Facility.

5.1 Obtain an electrical permit and pass electrical inspection before Customer’s electric generating system can be connected or operated in parallel with Springville City Power’s electric system.
5.2 Provide to Springville City Power written certification (Certificate of Completion) that Customer’s electric generating system has been installed and inspected in compliance with the local building and/or electrical codes.
5.3 Maintain Customer’s electric generating system and interconnection facilities in a safe and prudent manner and in conformance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, Springville City Power’s Customer Owned Generation Standards.
5.4 Obtain any governmental authorizations and permits required for the construction and operation of Customer’s electric generating system and interconnection facilities, including electrical permit.
5.5 Reimburse Springville City Power for any and all losses, damages, claims, penalties, or liability it incurs as a result of Customer’s failure to obtain or maintain any governmental authorizations and permits required for construction and operation of Customer’s electric generating system or failure to maintain Customer’s electric generation system as required in this Section.
MAINTENANCE AND PERMITS. 10.1 Customer shall obtain any governmental authorizations and permits required for the construction and operation of the Project and interconnection facilities and shall maintain all facilities in a safe and prudent manner and in conformance with all applicable laws and regulations.
10.2 Customer shall reimburse City for any and all losses, damages, claims, penalties, or liability it incurs as a result of Customer’s failure to obtain or maintain any governmental authorizations and permits required for construction and operation of Customer’s Project.

Customer shall: (a) maintain the electric generating system and interconnection facilities in a safe and prudent manner and in conformance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, PUD’s Interconnection Standards, Appendix B; (b) obtain any governmental authorizations and permits required for the construction and operation of the electric generating system and interconnection facilities, including electrical permit; (c) reimburse PUD for any and all losses, damages, claims, penalties, or liability it incurs as a result of Customer’s failure to obtain or maintain any governmental authorizations and permits required for construction and operation of Customer’s generating system or failure to maintain Customer’s facility as required in this Section.

Customer shall (a) maintain the Generating Facility and interconnection facilities in a safe and prudent manner and in conformance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to Section 6 “Generating Facility Interconnection and Design Requirements”, and (b) obtain any governmental authorizations and permits required for the construction and operation of the Generating Facility and interconnection facilities. Customer shall reimburse Pasadena for any and all losses, damages, claims, penalties, or liability it incurs as a result of Customer's failure to obtain or maintain any governmental authorizations and permits required for construction and operation of Customer's Generating Facility.

5.3 Maintain Customer’s electric generating system and interconnection facilities in a safe and prudent manner and in conformance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, Lehi City Power’s Net Metering Standards.
5.4 Obtain any governmental authorizations and permits required for the construction and operation of Customer’s electric generating system and interconnection facilities, including electrical permit.
5.5 Reimburse Lehi City Power for any and all losses, damages, claims, penalties, or liability it incurs as a result of Customer’s failure to obtain or maintain any governmental authorizations and permits required for construction and operation of Customer’s electric generating system or failure to maintain Customer’s electric generation system as required in this Section.
MAINTENANCE AND PERMITS. Customer-Generator shall: (a) maintain the renewable electrical generating facility and interconnection facilities in a safe and prudent manner and in conformance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, those provisions of the Ukiah City Code pertaining to the City of Ukiah’s Electric Utility and Building Division and (b) obtain any governmental authorization and permits required for the construction and operation of the electric generating facility and interconnection facilities. Customer-Generator shall reimburse the City of Ukiah for any and all losses, damages, claims, penalties, or liability it incurs as a result of Customer-Generator’s failure to obtain or maintain any governmental authorization and permits required for construction and operation of Customer-Generator’s generating facility. The City of Ukiah will have the right to inspect and test the automatic disconnect circuit on periodic basis to ensure proper operation.
MAINTENANCE AND PERMITS. The Customer is responsible for and shall obtain any required authorizations and permits required for the construction and operation of the net metering facility and interconnection facilities, note that may also include compliance with applicable subdivision covenant rules and restrictions. The Customer shall maintain the net metering facility and interconnection facilities in a safe and reliable manner and in conformance with all applicable laws and regulations.
