Common use of Maintenance of Curriculum Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Curriculum. Faculty members shall participate in the timely review, development, and revision of their course and programs as necessary and in accordance with established college policies and procedures. Minor review, revision, and development of existing courses and programs is expected of every faculty member as part of their base compensation. Major review, revision, and development, when required by the college, shall be compensated by release time or supplemental contracts.
