Common use of Maintenance of Facility Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Facility. From time to time QBT may shut-down all or part of the Facility for maintenance. During such shut- downs, QBT will not be obliged to provide the Services, to the extent QBT determines it is impractical to do so. QBT will shall notify the Client of such shut down 14 days in advance of any scheduled maintenance that is, or is likely to, interfere with the provision of Services.
