Maintenance of Fund. The District shall be responsible for valuing fund contributions, monitoring the fund balance and making fund distributions. The District shall provide annually to CSEA, Chapter 420, an itemized account of all bargaining unit member donations and withdrawals from the fund. 14.15.6.1 By March 1st of each year CSEA will receive from the District the Catastrophic Leave account balance. Should the balance be in excess of $100,000, the annual mandatory donation will be waived. If a bargaining unit member donated the previous year, a donation would not be necessary to continue eligibility in the upcoming year. The donation period will still be opened for those who did not contribute the previous year but wish to donate at this time to be eligible for the upcoming year.
