Common use of Maintenance of Indoor Air Quality Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Indoor Air Quality. Landlord shall operate and maintain the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system (“HVAC System”) for the Premises in a manner sufficient to maintain an indoor air quality within the limits required by the American Society of Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineers (ASHRAE) standard applicable to comparable first class mixed use projects in effect as of the date hereof.
