Maintenance of Industrial Peace. 8.1.1. The delivery of industrial peace is an essential requirement of this Agreement. Accordingly, all forms of industrial action are precluded in respect of any matters covered by this Agreement, where the employer, trade union or staff association are acting in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
