Common use of Maintenance of Local Delivery Point Facilities Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Local Delivery Point Facilities. When AEP provides operation and maintenance (“O&M”) services for any Delivery Point and/or distribution facilities owned by the Customer, or its members if applicable, such service will be made pursuant to any repair and maintenance agreement (“O&M Agreement”) that may exist between Customer and AEP, or to Attachment 3 of this Agreement.
