Common use of Maintenance of Recall List Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Recall List. Recall list(s) will be created and maintained by the College for each affected RIF Unit. The names of each affected faculty member will be placed on the appropriate RIF Recall list(s) according to seniority. It is the responsibility of the faculty member on RIF to furnish the Human Resources Office the address to which notices are to be sent to the faculty member and other pertinent information.
