Maintenance of Samples. Seller shall maintain original sealed numbered samples of all Ethanol after Delivery into transportation vehicles before it leaves the Delivery Point premises. Seller will label these samples to indicate date of shipment and the truck or rail Ethanol Purchase and Sale Agreement -8- car number will be included. Seller will retain these samples for three (3) months and shall send one such sample to Buyer immediately upon Buyer’s request.

Maintenance of Samples. During the term of this Agreement, Licensee shall periodically, but at least once each six (6) months, submit then current production samples of its Products, patterns, designs, material selections, containers, labels, and like items, and of all advertising and promotional material used in connection with them, or legends, markings and notices as may be required by law or regulation in the Territory, of each Product marketed under this Agreement so that Stussy may assure itself of the maintenance of the quality standards.
Maintenance of Samples. Seller agrees to sample and test the storage tank on a daily basis and provide a Certificate of Analysis for each truck that loads at the Plant. Seller agrees to maintain original sealed and dated samples in accordance with Fuel Ethanol industry practice or with specific requirements of end customers, as applicable, and shall send one such sample to Buyer immediately upon Buyer's request.   • Maintenance of Equipment The Equipment shall be maintained in good operating condition and repair (reasonable wear and tear excepted) and all necessary replacements of and repairs thereto shall be made so that the value and operating efficiency of the Equipment shall be maintained and preserved. No Borrower shall use or operate the Equipment in violation of any law, statute, ordinance, code, rule or regulation. Each Borrower shall have the right to sell Equipment to the extent set forth in Section 4.3 hereof.

  • Maintenance of Facilities 5.1 The Network Customer shall maintain its facilities necessary to reliably receive capacity and energy from the Host Transmission Owner’s transmission system consistent with Good Utility Practice. The Transmission Provider or Host Transmission Owner, as appropriate, may curtail service under this Operating Agreement to limit or prevent damage to generating or transmission facilities caused by the Network Customer’s failure to maintain its facilities in accordance with Good Utility Practice, and the Transmission Provider or Host Transmission Owner may seek as a result any appropriate relief from the Commission.

  • Maintenance of Licenses The Owner Trustee will obtain and maintain any licenses that the Administrator informs the Owner Trustee are required to be obtained or maintained by the Owner Trustee under the laws of any State in connection with the Owner Trustee’s duties and obligations under the Transaction Documents.
