Maintenance of Site. (a) Lessor shall maintain the site(s) in good repair, ordinary wear and tear excepted, and in compliance with applicable sections of Part 17 of the FCC's rules pertaining to lighting, marking, inspection, and maintenance. In cases where such FCC regulations require the painting of Lessee's feedlines, Lessee hereby consents to such painting at Lessor's expense.
