Common use of MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID APARTMENT Clause in Contracts

MAINTENANCE OF THE SAID APARTMENT. The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential service in the Project till the taking over the maintenance of the project by the association of the allottees. The cost of such maintenance has been included in the Total Price of the (Apartment/Plot).
