Common use of Maintenance of the Swap Agreement Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of the Swap Agreement. So long as the Class A-2b Notes or the Class A-3b Notes are outstanding, the Servicer shall cause the Trust to maintain in effect the Swap Agreement or a replacement interest rate swap agreement entered into by the Trust in accordance with the provisions of the Swap Agreement.
