Maintenance of Working Papers. So long as any of the Notes are outstanding, the Seller shall keep and maintain any and all working papers, reports and other documents used by the firm of Independent certified public accountants in the preparation of its letters delivered on the Issuance Date pursuant to Section 2.10(g) of the Note Indenture and [Section 6(k)] of the Underwriting Agreement.
