Maintenance Plans. At the annual meeting provided for in item 6, plans for maintaining the roads listed in Schedule A shall be agreed upon. Such plans shall include assignment of responsibility for maintenance or particular elements of maintenance to or U.S. Forest Service for each road or segment of road listed in Schedule A. To the extent practical, and subject to availability of funds, responsibility for maintenance shall be assigned in proportion to use for which each party is properly responsible. Maintenance shall include preserving and keeping the roads, including structures and related facilities as nearly as possible in their original condition as constructed or reconstructed to provide satisfactory and safe road service. Maintenance plans shall provide for prompt changes in maintenance assignments during the period of the plan upon agreement by the parties or their designated representatives.
Maintenance Plans. (a) No later than 90 days prior to the first Substantial Completion Date, Project Co shall submit to the IO Representative for review pursuant to Schedule 10 - Review Procedure, the Preventive Maintenance Plan for the first Contract Year and the Five Year Maintenance Plan for the first 5 Contract Years, and shall update such plans as provided for in the Output Specifications annually thereafter.
(b) Project Co shall perform the Maintenance Work as identified in the Preventive Maintenance Plan, and, without limiting Project Co’s other obligations in respect of the performance of the Project Operations, shall undertake all Maintenance Work:
(i) in accordance with the Output Specifications;
(ii) at the times scheduled for such Maintenance Work;
(iii) in accordance with Good Industry Practice;
(iv) in a manner that allows the Facilities to remain operational at all times; and
(v) otherwise in accordance with the Preventive Maintenance Plan.

Maintenance Plans. (a) Within Days prior to the issuance of Completion Certificate or Substantial Completion Date, the Concessionaire shall submit to FBR Representative for approval of the Preventive and Scheduled Maintenance Plan and shall update such plans as provided for in this Agreement.
(b) The Concessionaire shall at all times throughout the term of this Agreement, at its own cost and expense, keep the Project Facilities and Sites protected in good order, condition and repair. Similarly, the Concessionaire must provide, install and maintain at its own cost and expense, all equipment required for the operation, maintenance and security of the Project Facilities.
(c) The Concessionaire shall maintain and submit to FBR an annual fixed asset register and listings of the inventory items maintained, within seven (7) Days of demand by the FBR in writing. Upon expiration of this Agreement, the Concessionaire shall redeliver to the FBR all of the properties listed in the fixed asset register, including any items of equipment which were purchased with insurance proceeds received due
(d) The Concessionaire shall facilitate physical examination of Project Assets when desired by FBR.
(e) The Concessionaire shall perform the Maintenance Work as identified in the Preventive and Scheduled Maintenance Plan, and, without limiting Concessionaire ‘s other obligations in respect of the performance of the operations and delivery of Services, shall undertake all maintenance work:
(i) in accordance with the Project Deliverables;
(ii) at the times scheduled for such maintenance work as specified in the Operations & Maintenance Manual;
(iii) in accordance with Good Industry Practice;
(iv) in a manner that allows the Project Assets to remain operational at all times; and
(v) otherwise in accordance with the Preventive & Scheduled Maintenance Plan.
Maintenance Plans. In addition to the “Maintenance Responsibilities” of Lessee required under Section 5 of this Agreement and the “Return Conditions” set forth otherwise in this Exhibit C, Lessee shall comply with the following terms and conditions:
(a) Lessee shall keep the Aircraft’s engines enrolled and participating at all times on the CORPORATECARE maintenance service program provided by ROLLS-ROYCE DEUTSCHLAND LTD & CO KG with respect to the Aircraft engines or such other comparable engine maintenance service program as is agreed to in writing by Lessor (“CorporateCare”).
(b) Lessee shall keep the Aircraft’s APU enrolled and participating at all times in the MSA maintenance service program provided by HONEYWELL AEROSPACE with respect to the Aircraft’s APU or such other comparable APU maintenance service program as is agreed to in writing by Lessor (“APU MSA”).
(c) Lessee shall keep the Aircraft enrolled and participating at all times in the Global 5000 Smart Parts Plus component maintenance service program provided by BOMBARDIER INC. with respect to the Aircraft’s components or such other comparable component maintenance service program as is agreed to in writing by Lessor (“Smart Parts”).
(d) On the Return Date, Lessee shall ensure that (i) each engine is paid up in full on CorporateCare; (ii) the APU is paid up in full on APU MSA; and (iii) the Aircraft is paid up in full on Smart Parts.

When improvement of a road listed in Schedule A is to be financed in whole or in part from funds or resources provided by the party not having jurisdiction, the parties shall enter into a project agreement providing for performing the improvement work and its financing. A project agreement is not required for improvement of a road or a road segment over which the party performing and financing such improvement has jurisdiction. Project agreements shall be supplements to this general agreement and subject to the agreements, provisions, and conditions herein contained. A project agreement shall be entered into prior to beginning of improvement or construction work for which a project agreement is required. The project agreement shall include the following elements: Identification of road or road segment to be improved or constructed. Plans and specifications for the project or provision for their development and subsequent agreement thereon. Schedule of construction or improvement work and designation of the party or parties to perform the work. Estimates of cost of improvement or construction. Agreement as to how cost of work is to be borne including arrangements to share in the work or to deposit funds with the performing party for a share of the costs. If funds are provided by on an advance basis for work to be performed by the U.S. Forest Service, they shall be deposited in the Treasury of the United States to the credit of cooperative work, U.S. Forest Service. Maintenance Plans. How will project be maintained and what plans will be incorporated to prevent future infestation.
Maintenance Plans. All required plans and manuals described in this Part 3, Section 1.3 and Section 1.4 of the Technical Provisions shall support the Concessionaire’s Asset Management Plan for the Project. Concessionaire shall prepare all Maintenance Plans in accordance with O&M Standards and that are consistent with FTA and industry guidelines. Collectively, such plans and manuals shall define the requirements for all Maintenance Work. Concessionaire may reassign individual activities to different plans from those described in the following sections to match with Concessionaire’s maintenance organization and assignment of responsibilities so long as all Maintenance Work is performed by Concessionaire. Maintenance Plans shall include a listing of all maintenance service contracts and their scope. Concessionaire’s Maintenance Plans shall address Maintenance Work impacts on the Purple Line System including failures and Emergencies. Maintenance Plans shall include planned response procedures to Incidents; define contingent operating modes; and establish operational guidelines for returning safely to Normal Service. Concessionaire shall submit Maintenance Plans for Review and Approval according to the following schedule: • preliminary – no less than 12 months prior to the scheduled start of Trial Running; • final – no less than six months prior to scheduled start of Trial Running; and • update – no later than 90 days prior to beginning of each Fiscal Year after start of Revenue Service. Each update of the Maintenance Plans shall include changes to maintenance conditions, requirements, coordination with Utility Owners and Third Parties, and any changes to the Contract Documents which impact the Maintenance Plans. Any changes from the then current Maintenance Plans shall be clearly identified. The Maintenance Plans shall address and be fully compliant with all provisions of the Contract Documents and shall include, at a minimum, the following: • description of Concessionaire’s plan for all Maintenance Work during the O&M Period, including, at a minimum, inspections, routine testing, Routine Maintenance, Renewal Work and managing unplanned failures including repairs; • description of Concessionaire’s maintenance organization including the organization hierarchy and functional organization; • maintenance manuals and procedures as set forth in Part 3, Section 1.5 of the Technical Provisions; • Concessionaire’s self-monitoring processes, including a list of the procedures to be used f...
Maintenance Plans. Maintenance Plans shall be available for current contract equipment and for pre-contract (legacy) purchased equipment. In addition to the requirements listed within the Standard Support Levels (Section 5.13) maintenance plans for each submitted unit shall include, at a minimum, the following: Imprint supplies (toner/non-toner); Replaceable parts subject to wear over time (drums, fusers, etc. as applicable); Staples (if used by machine and stapling accessory is installed); Preventative maintenance service calls as recommended by the manufacturer;
