Maintenance Procedures. 1. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for any damages resulting from the actions of the Contractor, to any wetland or upland system beyond the areas defined in the Exhibit A drawings. The Contractor shall obtain permits and/or complete restoration plans for any damages that result from actions of the Contractor.
