Common use of Maintenance Times Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Times. Subject to Section 3.5 of this Appendix, Project Co will perform the Maintenance Services during the relevant Maintenance Access Times and will: (a) perform Scheduled Maintenance during the periods agreed in the Annual Service Plan then in effect and will give the Authority 10 days’ notice before commencing any such Maintenance; and (b) undertake and complete Demand Maintenance within the relevant Response Time and Rectification Period set out in Section 4 of this Appendix and Schedule 8 [Payments].
