Preventative Maintenance. Standards of applicable Professional Governing Body. Anesthesia and surgical equipment maintenance standards as per manufacturer specifications and guidelines, subject to review and acceptance by AHS.
Preventative Maintenance. ▪ Perform preventative maintenance work to safeguard against storm damage, such as blading to ensure correct runoff, ditch and culvert cleaning, and waterbar maintenance.
Preventative Maintenance. The servicing of a Device for the purpose of maintaining a satisfactory operating condition by providing systematic inspection, detection, and correction of failures either before they occur or before they develop into major defects.
Preventative Maintenance. 42.1. The Contractor will be required to provide preventative maintenance as part of this Framework Agreement. This covers the care and servicing by the Contractor’s personnel for the purpose of maintaining equipment and services in a satisfactory operating condition by providing for systematic inspection, detection, and correction of incipient failures either before they occur or before they develop into major defects.
Preventative Maintenance. Contractor must perform all Preventative Maintenance Services at the Manufacturer’s suggested intervals, or as specified in an Order. Preventative Maintenance shall not be a requirement on desktop Devices.
Preventative Maintenance. Supplier will provide Buyer with a complete and comprehensive preventative maintenance plan for Equipment prior to final acceptance at the facility designated by Buyer. The preventative maintenance plan shall include, without limitation, at least two (2) complete sets of maintenance and operating manuals for all Equipment purchased by Buyer (including one in a foreign language, if required by Buyer), as well as a detailed bill of material. Supplier warrants to Buyer and its affiliates, their respective customers, and their successors and assigns, that the Equipment will operate safely at quoted production rate and/or cycle times for the stated expected useful life if Buyer follows the preventative maintenance plan proposed by Supplier. Supplier will provide to Buyer upon request a complete copy of (i) the source codes for any software incorporated in the Equipment purchased by Buyer from Supplier along with any additional information reasonably necessary so that a trained programmer of general proficiency may maintain and support any such software and (ii) a running object code version of such software.

Preventative Maintenance. .1 The Property Manager shall ensure that the preventative maintenance activities, frequencies and requirements for the Property, as specified in the Minister’s Preventative Maintenance Program or the recommendations of the individual equipment manufacturers are rigidly adhered to.
.2 Where differences in activities, frequencies or requirements exist between the Minister’s Preventative Maintenance Program and the Manufacturers’ recommendations, the latter shall be adhered to.
.3 All Work performed shall be done by trained and qualified service personnel.
.4 All equipment and systems shall be operated in compliance with the manufacturers’ recommendations as detailed in their manuals and in conformance with good operational practices.
.5 The Property Manager shall as part of the Mobilization Plan provide to the Minister a detailed division of Work for all Preventative Maintenance performed at intervals quarterly or greater. The division of Work shall indicate the task, frequency and if the Work is to be done by the Property Manager’s employees or Subcontractors.
.6 The Property Manager shall ensure the 52 week manual card Preventative Maintenance Program supplied by the Minister is maintained for each building on the Property during the term of the Contract. All preventative maintenance activities are to be kept up-to-date, and those activities performed shall be recorded on the card with the date and the personnel who performed the Work.
.7 The Property Manager shall provide full service elevating device maintenance unless otherwise specified in section 4.1
Preventative Maintenance. Philips’ Service Engineer(s) will make Preventive Maintenance visits at mutually agreeable times. During each visit, the Service Engineer(s) will evaluate the Equipment’s performance. Calibration, alignments, adjustments, lubrication, required gases, windows, and seal ring replacement will be performed as deemed necessary by the Service Engineer(s) to maintain the Equipment in accordance with Philips’ applicable specifications.
Preventative Maintenance. As part of the Maintenance Services, Supplier will perform preventative maintenance of IBM Branded Covered Machines in accordance with the Covered Machine Specifications (i.e. register printers). In general, Supplier CSRs will perform preventative maintenance throughout the Year while at Covered Locations to perform On-site Break/Fix Services. Supplier’s obligations to perform preventative maintenance for Non-IBM Branded Covered Machines are set forth in Section 1.6, Non IBM Branded Machines Section 1.9 (Preventative Maintenance) of this Attachment A above.
