Maintenance Warranty Work. The Warranties shall also apply to all Work re-done, repaired, corrected or replaced by TSP in the performance of its obligation to maintain the Project during the TCS Operations and Maintenance Term. The Warranties as to each such re-done, repaired, corrected or replaced element of the Work during the TCS Operations and Maintenance Term shall remain in effect until one year after acceptance by the Joint Board of such element of the Work, notwithstanding expiration of the TCS Operations and Maintenance Term.
