Common use of Major Overhaul Clause in Contracts

Major Overhaul. 17.5.1. The Concessionaire may, as and when necessary, undertake Major Xxxxxxxx of a Silo, but in no case more than once in every 5 (five) years, in accordance with a schedule to be notified by the Concessionaire to the Authority, at least 1 (one) year in advance, and requiring the Authority to evacuate Food Grains from such Silo prior to the scheduled date of commencement of Major Overhaul. Provided that a Major Xxxxxxxx shall not be scheduled during the Harvest Season or during a period of 6 (six) months following the Harvest Season. For the avoidance of doubt, unless the Parties mutually agree, not more than 1 (one) Silo shall be subjected to a Major Overhaul during the course of an Accounting Year.
