Major Updates. Groupe Shift reserve the right to make certain major updates to the Platform such as incorporating new features, major updates being referred to herein as a new version of the Platform. When a new version of the Platform becomes available during the Term, the Customer will automatically obtain the new version for the remaining Term of his Licence. If the new version offers additional modules, the Customer may, at his discretion, decline the integration of the additional modules, or request to obtain the additional modules, for an additional fee, for the remaining Term of his Licence.
Major Updates. With respect to those Updates that are updates, upgrades, replacement and successor products, new versions, new releases or Derivative Works of the Licensed Software (each a “Major Update”), Licensor will provide GS with notice (including release notes) when Licensor introduces the Major Update (subject to the third and fourth sentences of Section 2.2).
