Common use of Make-Ready Work performed by Clause in Contracts

Make-Ready Work performed by. Attaching Party, or by an Authorized Contractor selected by Attaching Party, shall be performed in accordance witAhT&T’s specifications and in accordance with the same standards and practices which would be followed if such work were being performeAdTb&yT or AT&T’s contractors. Neither Attaching Party nor Authorized Contractors selected by Attaching Party shall conduct such work in any manner which degrades the integrityAoTf &T’s Structures or interferes with any existing use ofAT&T’s Facilities or the Facilities of any other user.
