Make Up Gas. (i) The quantity of Gas equal to any Quarterly Deficiency Quantity for which Xxxxx has paid a Quarterly Deficiency Payment shall constitute “Make Up Gas” accrued during the Contract Quarter in which such Quarterly Deficiency Quantity arose.
