MAMM ACCOUNTS. 15.4.1 If you manage MAMM Account, you authorised 3rd party to act on your behalf as an agent or otherwise,then such a party may instruct us and send requests concerning any Transaction, or proposed Transaction, or any other matter on your behalf to which we shall be bound. 15.4.2 You authorise us to rely and act on any request, instruction, or other communication received by us which purports to have been given by you or on your behalf without further enquiry on the part of the Company as to the authenticity, genuineness, authority or identity of the person giving or purporting to make such a request, instruction, or other communication. 15.4.3 You will be responsible for, and will be bound by, all obligations entered into or assumed by us on your behalf as a consequence of or in connection to such requests, instructions, or other communications. 15.4.4 Further to section 15, if you have expressly authorised a third party to act on your behalf, references to ‘Client’ or ‘you’ throughout the Agreement shall also include references to your authorised third party delegate.
