MANAGED SERVICES SUPPORT SERVICES. 10.3.1 Unless otherwise agreed, the Client will pay the Annual Support Charge to Digital Origin by direct debit in advance of the relevant period as set out in the Order Form. 10.3.2 Where Digital Origin has agreed to raise an Annual Support Charge annually the Client will pay the charge in advance of the Go-Live Date and annually thereafter upon each anniversary of that date.
