Management and Administration of Contractor. Except as otherwise limited in this Agreement, Contractor may use Protected Health Information for the proper management and administration of the Contractor or to carry out the legal responsibilities of the Contractor.

Management and Administration of Contractor. Except as otherwise limited in this Agreement, Contractor may disclose PHI for the proper management and administration of Contractor, provided that disclosures are Required by Law, or Contractor obtains reasonable assurances from the person to whom the information is disclosed that such PHI will remain confidential and used or further disclosed only as required by law or for the purpose for which it was disclosed to the person, and the person agrees to notify Contractor and RCEB within one (1) day of discovery of any Incident.

  • Minor and Administrative Errors A Competent Authority shall notify the Competent Authority of the other Party when the first-mentioned Competent Authority has reason to believe that administrative errors or other minor errors may have led to incorrect or incomplete information reporting or resulted in other infringements of this Agreement.   • Judicial and Administrative Proceedings In the event Business Associate receives a subpoena, court or administrative order or other discovery request or mandate for release of PHI, the affected Covered Entity shall have the right to control Business Associate's response to such request, provided that, such control does not have an adverse impact on Business Associate’s compliance with existing laws. Business Associate shall notify the Covered Entity of the request as soon as reasonably practicable, but in any event within seven business days of receipt of such request.
