Management and Support Staff Qualifications. The Judicial Council must be consulted when considering substituting education for experience requirements or substituting experience for education requirements. The Judicial Council reserves the right to review resumes of any Contractor staff and the right to refuse payment for any staff member who does not meet the Agreement minimum qualifications. Any exceptions must be submitted in writing and approved by the Manager.
