Common use of MANAGEMENT BENEFITS Clause in Contracts

MANAGEMENT BENEFITS. Employees eligible to participate in the Management Benefits and Cafeteria Plan shall continue to participate in such plan as may be amended from time-to-time at the sole discretion of the Board of Supervisors. Effective January 1, 2016, the County’s contribution towards M-designated benefits shall be $3100 per calendar year. Effective January 1, 2019, the County’s contribution towards M-designated benefits shall be increased from $3100 to $3300 per calendar year. Effective January 1, 2022, the County’s contribution towards M-designated benefits shall be increased from $3300 to $3500 per calendar year.

Such amendments or changes may occur at any time and are at the sole discretion of the Board of Supervisors. Effective January 1, 2016, 2010 the County’s contribution towards M-toward M- designated benefits shall be increased from $3100 2,300 to no more than $2,450 per calendar year. Effective January 1, 2019, 2011 the County’s contribution towards M-designated benefits shall be increased from $3100 2,450 to $3300 per calendar year. Effective January 1, 2022, the County’s contribution towards M-designated benefits shall be increased from $3300 to $3500 2,900 per calendar year.
