Written Summary. The City Manager may, at his/her sole discretion, elect to provide a written summary of each performance evaluation to Employee within two (2) weeks following the conclusion of the review and evaluation process.

The City Council may, at its sole discretion, elect to provide a written summary of each performance evaluation to EMPLOYEE within two (2) weeks following the conclusion of the performance review and evaluation process, and may, at its sole discretion, schedule at least one (1) City Council closed session with EMPLOYEE to deliver and discuss the evaluation.
Written Summary. The written report will summarize the following materials for the faculty evaluation, as applicable:
a. observation and peer reports;
b. student evaluations;
c. self-evaluation;
d. professional obligations including participation in program and subject area improvement tasks;
e. regularity in meeting deadlines (e.g., in submission of syllabi, of final grades, census certification of roll books, positive daily attendance rosters, FLEX responsibilities);
f. adherence to state and federal regulations applicable to area of assignment.

Within five (5) working days of such verbal notification, the SBHASO will provide the Contractor representative a written summary of the areas of non-compliance or potential non-compliance by certified mail. Notice shall be sent to the individual identified in the General Agreement.
Written Summary. General Manager will prepare a written summary of each performance evaluation of Assistant General Manager, and include the same in her personnel file within two (2) weeks following conclusion of the review and evaluation process.

(f), or 4.8. of Appendix C – STSA SEA, the Provincial Agency making the decision will provide the Stó:lō First Nations with a written summary of the proposed decision and how recommendations and potential impacts to Stó:lō Rights have been considered.
